Learn with TITH believes that the purpose of maths is to be able to solve problems and the programmes of study presented within the National Curriculum are there to provide the skills required to do this, rather than merely being regarded as individual topics in isolation.

As a result the curriculum content represented in our tutorials is there to help provide or reinforce learners with the necessary tools needed to think critically and solve problems. Each tutorial has a focus on one learning objective only, for learners to better identify each set of skills they are being asked to learn. We do, however, recommend that learners also regularly practise their new found mathematical skills with challenge style problems to encourage and develop their mathematical reasoning.
